Dayara bugyal trek
Where Endless Meadows Meet Snowy Silence
Dayara Bugyal is the kind of place that makes you slow down without trying. Wide open meadows stretch as far as the eye can see, forests gently guide you uphill, and in winter everything is wrapped in soft white snow. It’s peaceful, scenic, and perfect for anyone who wants to experience the Himalayas without rushing or pushing limits.
Quick Itinerary
Day 1: Dehradun → Raithal (7,423 ft)
Drive 175 km (7–8 hrs) via Mussoorie and Uttarkashi. Overnight stay in a cozy village homestay at Raithal.
Day 2: Raithal → Gui Campsite (9,884 ft)
Trek 5 km (4–5 hrs) through oak and rhododendron forests. Overnight stay in tents at Gui Camp.
Day 3: Gui → Dayara Bugyal Summit (11,181 ft) → Gui
Trek 12 km (7–8 hrs) to the breathtaking Dayara meadows and return to Gui. Overnight stay in tents.
Day 4: Gui → Raithal
Descend 5 km (3–4 hrs) back to Raithal. Certificate ceremony & overnight stay at homestay.
Day 5: Raithal → Dehradun
Drive 175 km (7–8 hrs) via scenic Himalayan routes. Trip ends with beautiful memories!
